Propiedad Grial owns the 30 hectares of vineyard which surround the cellar.
The vines grow in a clay and calcareous soil of a depth which allows the vines to expand their roots thus allowing the correct ripening of the grape.

The vines vary widely in age, the youngest being 5 years old and the eldest 40 years old.

Renewal of the vines is carried out slowly and progressively, trying to keep the ages of the vines in the correct proportions to the quality of the grapes.(next)
